CLEVELAND, O.— Hockey teams that fight their way into the playoffs without one or two of its leading lights standing out head and shoulders above the other members are about as rare as giraffes at the North Pole. Usually, there are those one or two big guys, leading the way. The Cleveland team that made this spring’s Calder Cup playoffs before bowing to Rochester is an exception. While sportswriters and sportscasters struggle with the job of picking an all-star American Hockey League team, those in the Lake Erie city would be hard-pressed even to pick the most valuable Baron.
