Gilles Tremblay Back On Firing Line Making Habs More Potent At Left Wing

MONTREAL, Que.— Left-winger Gilles Tremblay played his first game of the season on Nov. 2nd this year, and the Canadiens have been breathing a little easier ever since. The starry Gilles, who picked up a shoulder injury in a preseason exhibition against Quebec Aces, returned to the wars against Toronto Maple Leafs and turned in a creditable performance. His presence helped to shore up the left side of the Montreal attack, a spot not considered a strong one on the team, and which was further aggravated this year by injuries to both himself and Dick Duff.
