Young To Quit ‘Bad Man’ Role

CHICAGO, Illinois — The man who blazed a stormy path across the National Hockey League for three seasons and set a league record with 273 minutes in the penalty box last year with the Detroit Red Wings is out to reverse his reputation as a “bad man. ’ The player is Howie Young, who this season is wearing the uniform of the Chicago Black Hawks.
