SAULT STE. MARIE, Ont.— Voting for three All-Star teams in Northern Ontario senior hockey created the greatest interest this season than ever before in the long, colorful history of the circuit. When the smoke of battle had cleared, three players from the 1953 First All-Star Team regained positions for the 1954 Dream Team. The there are Mat Mesich of Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds, Lornie Anderson and Nick Tomiuk of Sudbury Wolves. Gordie Heale, clever centre for Sudbury, unfortunately was forced out of action midway through the season with an injury and failed to repeat while Ronnie Lay of the Greyhounds just failed to make the grade.
