Irvin Was Right Dear Sir; In your October 13 edition of Fan Forum I saw a letter criticising Dick Irvin for picking Gerry McNeil over Al Rollins for the All-Star game. Toronto fans think that Rollins is the greatest goaltender to-day. If you put him on last year’s Rangers or Black Hawks Rollins would have been bottom contender for the Vezina Trophy. Put Rayner or Lumley on the Leafs and they would win it for sure. I think highly of THE HOCKEY NEWS and always buy it. I am a very faithful Ranger follower and have been for the past five years.
