TORONTO, Ont. Coming up with one of their best games of the season, Toronto Marlboros stunned Sherbrooke Saints and their supporters with a 7-4 decision over the Quebec Senior League champions in Sherbrooke on April 12 and followed with a 3-1 decision in Toronto two nights later to take a two-game lead in the Eastern Canadian Senior final series. Attacking speed, plus the combination of a solid back-checking front and sound defensive play, gave Dukes a big edge in the last period of their Sherbrooke victory.
